About Me

I began my nursing journey at George Brown College and graduated from the practical nursing program last June, having completed over 400 hours of clinical training across various care settings at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Currently, I am enrolled in George Brown College's RPN Bridge to BScN program while working part-time as an RPN at Sunnybrook St. John's Rehab in the musculoskeletal/short term active reconditioning rehab unit. These combined experiences strengthened my clinical judgment, adaptability, and commitment to maintaining independence, dignity, and therapeutic relationships.

Prior to nursing, I gained three years of experience working in high-street retail and over five years of experience working as a pharmacy assistant. Such experiences helped me develop a firm foundation in communication, attention to detail, and collaboration, all of which translated seamlessly into providing competent nursing care.

I value teamwork, continuous learning, and establishing a safe, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed environment for all patients. My practice is guided by empathy, professionalism, and commitment to lifelong growth.

Outside of nursing, I enjoy reading, travelling, and exploring new hobbies that help me maintain a healthy work-life balance. I am excited to grow as a nurse and to pursue advanced roles in the future.
